Tottenham Hotspur have condemned the racist abuse aimed at defender Kevin Danso after their 2-2 draw with Brighton, calling it “vile” and “dehumanising.”
The club reported the abuse to police and vowed strong action against offenders. Danso, 27, said on Instagram the attacks “don’t define me” and will not distract him.
The incident came during the Premier League’s No Room For Racism campaign, with the league warning that guilty individuals face bans and prosecution.
