Mbabazi Is Still Our Coach- Vipers’ Haruna Kyobe

In the afternoon hours of Friday March 8, reports suggested that Coach Livingston Mbabazi had been dismissed by Vipers SC President Lawrence Mulindwa.

During his appearance on the CBS 89.2 FM show Akaati K’ebyemizanyo on Friday night, Mr Haruna Kyobe, one of the Directors of Vipers SC, promptly dismissed these rumours.

“As of now, that’s not accurate information. Mbabazi remains our Head coach. If there are any changes, the club will communicate them,” Kyobe affirmed.

It’s worth noting that Mbabazi penned a two-year contract on January 1st, 2023, with the Kitende-based club as their head coach.

Mbabazi missed action as Vipers took on Iganga Young FC with Vipers’ official X (formerly known as Twitter) account saying he was down with malaria.
