Uganda Boxing Federation Renews Partnership with Next Media

The Uganda Boxing Federation has solidified its ongoing collaboration with Next Media, particularly NBS Sport, marking the third consecutive year of their partnership. Next Media is set to serve as the official media partner for the highly anticipated Uganda Boxing Champions League Season 3.

Scheduled to commence on May 18, 2024, at the Indoor Arena in Lugogo, the season promises an electrifying display of talent, featuring 20 bouts that will captivate boxing enthusiasts nationwide.

Sula Kamoga, Vice President of the Uganda Boxing Federation, commended NBS Sport for its unwavering commitment to excellence in production quality. Kamoga expressed optimism for the future of the partnership, highlighting the pivotal role it plays in elevating the sport of boxing in Uganda.

Echoing Kamoga’s sentiments, Joe Kigozi, Deputy Group CEO and Chief Strategy Officer at Next Media Services, emphasized the company’s dedication to amplifying the visibility of boxing within the Ugandan sports landscape.

The season’s inaugural event on May 18, 2024, will showcase a thrilling bout between Kimbugwe Broline and Tumusiime Nerrick, setting the stage for what promises to be an action-packed season.

Fans can anticipate comprehensive coverage of the tournament on NBS Sport, ensuring they don’t miss a moment of the excitement unfolding within the ring.
