Their journey to the final has been marked by resolute performances and gritty determination, epitomizing the spirit of champions. In the preliminary round, they overcame a tough challenge from Bendel FC, narrowly edging past the Nigerians with a narrow 1-0 victory after a hard-fought 2-2 draw.

In the group stage, RS Berkane asserted their dominance, finishing at the top of Group D with an impressive tally of 14 points, the highest in the competition. Victories over formidable opponents such as Mali’s Stade Malien and South African debutants Sekhukhune United solidified their status as tournament favorites.

The knockout stages provided further drama, as RS Berkane faced off against Abu Salem in a thrilling quarter-final clash. Despite a goalless draw in the first leg, the Moroccans displayed resilience and determination to secure a narrow 3-2 victory in the return leg, advancing to the semi-finals amidst high stakes and intense competition.

In the semi-finals, RS Berkane continued their impressive run, emerging victorious over USM Alger to secure their place in the final showdown against Zamalek. As they gear up for the highly anticipated clash, RS Berkane remains focused and determined to clinch their third TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup title, cementing their status as one of Africa’s footballing powerhouses.
