Meanwhile, in other fixtures, Nansana All Stars displayed their dominance with a convincing 3-1 victory over Masaka Giants, while Kiboga Young emerged victorious against Bulemezi. Unfortunately for Buloba, their encounter ended in defeat against Gulu.

Despite their triumph, Nansana All Stars find themselves anchored at the bottom of the league table with 6 points, trailing Najjemba and Gulu, who occupy the 9th and 8th positions respectively.

The league is set to embark on a brief hiatus before resuming for the second round on June 2nd.

Notably, Kiboga Young and Gulu City still have a game in hand, while Masaka Giants and Ntinda United await the ruling from the league organizing committee regarding an unfinished game marred by an altercation.
