Tembo’s stellar performance solidifies his position as a key player for the Titans, with a total of 79 points scored in the last three games and an impressive average of 26 points in the second round.
In addition to Tembo’s standout performance, Edgar Munaba and Joel Lukoji Banza delivered remarkable displays, contributing significantly to the team’s success. Munaba recorded 17 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists, while Banza impressed with 10 points, eight rebounds, and a game-high 11 assists. Peter Obleng also made a notable return to the squad, registering 13 points and seven rebounds.
Throughout the highly physical game, the Titans demonstrated resilience and composure, maintaining their lead from start to finish despite Power’s aggressive tactics. Coach Lutwama commended the team’s effort and resilience, emphasizing the importance of their victory in boosting confidence and momentum for future matches.
