The Uganda Cranes camp has received a significant boost ahead of the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, as midfielder Rogers Kassim Mato has joined the team at the residential camp today, June 7th 2024.
Mato, who plays for Brera Strumica in the Macedonian First Football League, arrived at the camp this morning, bolstering the team’s midfield options. The talented player’s inclusion is a welcome addition to the squad, as the Cranes prepare to face Botswana and Algeria in crucial qualifying matches.
The Uganda Cranes are currently in camp at the Cranes Paradise Hotel in Kisasi, where they are fine-tuning their tactics and building team ahead of the matches. With Mato’s arrival, the team is now almost at full strength ready to take one Botswana and Algeria.
