Which Clubs Have the Most Players At EURO 2024?

As the countdown to the 2024 European Championship continues, the following are the clubs with the most players in the competition:

1. Manchester City – 14 players

Leading the pack is Manchester City with a remarkable 14 players set to feature at the Euros.

The reigning Premier League champions will have a strong contingent at the tournament, with stars like Kevin De Bruyne, Ruben Dias, and Phil Foden donning the colours of their respective national teams, and aiming to add an international trophy to their ever-growing list of accolades.

Among the players is Joao Cancelo, who is on loan at Barcelona, but is considered a City player. The Cityzens’ success on the domestic front has translated to significant representation on the continental stage.

Manchester City players at Euro 2024: Kevin De Bruyne (Belgium), Jeremy Doku (Belgium), Josko Gvardiol (Croatia), Mateo Kovacic (Croatia), Phil Foden (England), John Stones (England), Kyle Walker(England), Netherlands (Nathan Ake), Ruben Dias (Portugal), Matheus Nunes (Portugal), Joao Cancelo (Portugal), Bernardo Silva (Portugal), Rodri (Spain) and Manuel Akanji (Switzerland).

2. Inter Milan (13 players)

In second place after Manchester City are the Serie A champions, Inter Milan. The Nerazzurri will send a formidable 13-man delegation to the Euros, including four players from the 2020 victorious Italy squad.

Nicolo Barella and Alessandro Bastoni, who were part of the Azzurri’s Euro 2020 triumph, will be key figures in their title defence.

3. PSG and Real Madrid (12 players)

Close behind Inter are the star-studded squads of Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid, each with 12 players set to feature at Euro 2024. The Parisians will have a strong French flavour, with Kylian Mbappe (who recently signed for Real Madrid but is still officially considered a PSG player till the end of the Euros), Ousmane Dembele, and a host of other talents representing the host nation.

4. Arsenal and RB Leipzig (11 players)

Both Arsenal of England and RB Leipzig of Germany have 11 players. Of the 11 Arsenal players at this year’s Euros includes Kieran Tierney, who is on loan at Real Sociedad, but still an Arsenal player.

RB Leipzig players at Euro 2024: Benjamin Henrichs and David Raum (Germany), Peter Gulacsi, Willi Orban (Hungary), Dani Olmo (Spain), Benjamin Sesko (Slovenia), Yussuf Poulsen (Denmark), Xavi Simons (Netherlands), Christoph Baumgartner and Nicolas Seiwald (Austria) and Lois Openda (Belgium)

5. Bayern Munich (10 players)

Rounding out the clubs with the most players at this year’s Euros is Bayern Munich with 10 players selected for the continental showpiece.

The Spanish, German, English, and Dutch national teams will all benefit from the wealth of talent that Bayern Munich possesses.
