Amus College Thrash Sacred Heart SS in Fresh Dairy Games Football Quarterfinals

Amus College School outclassed Sacred Heart SS Gulu 5-0 in a dominant performance at the Fresh Dairy Games Girls’ Football Quarterfinals. Shayine Opisa stole the show with a hat-trick, propelling Amus into the semifinals.

Opisa wasted no time, firing Amus ahead in just the 3rd minute. She extended their lead in the 31st minute before completing her hat-trick seven minutes later. Edina Wanda and Dorren Wander added second-half goals to seal a convincing victory for Amus.

Meanwhile, Kawempe Muslim SS secured their semifinal spot through penalties after a scoreless draw against St. Noa Girls in another quarterfinal match. They await the winner of the match between St. Noa and Boni Consili Girls’ in the semifinals.
