Vipers Sports Club have appointed Nikola Kavazović as their head coach on a two-year deal. The Serbian tactician replaces Livingstone Mbabazi, who left the role in April.
Kavazović has had a journeyman career, managing several clubs including Resnik, FC Istiklol, Borac Banja Luka, and Saif FC.
On the African continent, the 48-year-old coach has led teams such as Township Rollers in Botswana, AFC Leopards in Kenya, Free State Stars FC in South Africa, and most recently, Ethiopian Coffee FC.
Additionally, Kavazović has experience managing national teams, including Tajikistan and Sri Lanka. His backroom staff is expected to be a mix of both foreign and local coaches.
