KCCA Football Club have announced the signing of Sharifu Ssengendo, who has penned a three-year contract with the club, to keep him at the club until the end of the 2026–27 season.
Ssengendo, who played for Gaddafi in the 2023–24 season, brings his versatility to KCCA, operating primarily as a midfielder but also capable of playing as a winger.
In an interview with the club’s media, Ssengendo expressed his excitement about joining KCCA.
“It is an honor for me to join KCCA. It has been my dream to feature for this club one day. The club has a rich history and I want to positively add onto that history. I have been here in the past for trials but I am pleased that I finally caught the eye of the coaches and have been signed to the club. I hope to achieve many things together with this group of players,” said Ssengendo.
Ssengendo will face competition for a position in the team from players such as Ettiene Katenga, Joao Gabriel, and Usama Arafat.
