Kirya, who scored 4 goals and provided 2 assists, was pivotal in the team’s strong performance.
On January 27, 2024, the club announced that he had signed a new two-year contract, extending his stay until 2026.
On May 1, 2024, Kirya made history as the first player to score at the newly renovated Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
His decisive goal helped BUL secure a 1-0 victory against Vipers, completing a league double over the six-time league champions.
BUL finished second in the league last season, just one point behind the champions, SC Villa.
Jerome Kirya joined BUL from arch-rivals Busoga United on a 2-year contract in 2021.
