KCCA Set to Host Holiday Football Clinic for Kids Aged 3-17

KCCA  is set to hold a holiday football clinic to kindle the desire for football among young footballers. The football clinic is set to take place at MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo, and is scheduled to commence on Monday 26th August 2024.

The clinic will provide a platform for aspiring football players to hone their skills under the guidance of experienced coaches.

The age category eligible for the clinic ranges from three (3) to Seventeen (17) years for both boys and girls

Seasoned youth coaches; Jackson Magera (Assistant Coach at KCCA FC), former KCCA FC players Saka Mpiima (KCCA FC SA Junior Team Coach), and Habib Kavuma will nurture the young talents.

The primary objective of the KCCA FC Holiday Clinic is to identify and nurture young football talent by providing a structured and engaging learning environment.

 

The clinic aims to:

Develop fundamental football skills: Coaches will focus on imparting essential techniques such as passing, shooting, dribbling, and ball control.
Enhance physical fitness: Participants will undergo fitness drills to improve their stamina, speed, and agility.
Foster teamwork and sportsmanship: The clinic emphasizes the importance of cooperation, discipline, and fair play.
Inspire and motivate young players: By interacting with KCCA FC players and coaches, participants will be encouraged to pursue their football dreams.
Create a fun learning experience. The clinic will incorporate games and activities to make the learning process engaging and enjoyable
The KCCA FC Holiday Clinic promises to be an unforgettable experience for young footballers. With a commitment to excellence and player development, the club aims to create a lasting impact on the future of Ugandan football.

The football clinic will be held Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm starting August 26th, and each participant will pay a 200,000 UGX fee for the holiday football clinic. For more information and registration details, kindly get in touch with Gilbert Muwonge on +256761007927
