The Nile Special National Pool League continues to heat up as Match Day 4 takes centre stage this Sunday, September 8, with games beginning at 5 PM across various venues.
All eyes will be on the Were Beri Arena as Corporate Shooters host league leaders Rox Berry in what promises to be a thrilling encounter.
Rox Berry have been the team to beat so far, sitting comfortably at the top of the table with 10 total points.
Top scorer Ssejjemba Ibra, who has racked up an impressive 12 points so far with scores of 3A, 2B, and 7C, will be aiming to inspire his team, Rox Berry to more domination.
However, Corporate Shooters, currently languishing in 14th place after a tough loss to Adi’s Pool Club on Match Day 3, will be eager to pull off an upset and become the first team to defeat the high-flying Rox Berry.
Elsewhere, E-Play Billiards will be in pursuit of a top-four spot when they take on Greater Mukono at Amigos Arena.

Greater Mukono, who also drew 10-10 with Capital Night in their previous match, are positioned 11th and will be looking to break into the top half of the table with a victory.
In another clash, Oak Bar will host a crucial clash between Mbale and Kireka, two teams with identical records of 2 wins and 1 loss each.
Despite their similar performances, Mbale hold a slight advantage, sitting 4th with 8 points, while Kireka trail in 7th with 7 points. This match could prove pivotal for both teams as they seek to establish themselves among the league’s top contenders.
Moving on, Second-placed Adi’s will be full of confidence as they host Wakiso, who are still searching for their first win of the season.
Fresh off a dominant 14-06 victory over Corporate Shooters, Adi’s will look to maintain their momentum at Adi’s Spot and solidify their position at the top end of the table.
Meanwhile, Wakiso, who are currently second last, will be desperate to kickstart their campaign and move out of the relegation zone.
In a bottom-versus-mid-table clash, Nakawa will welcome Club 408 to Platinum Lounge. Nakawa, who are rooted at the bottom of the standings, suffered a heavy 14-06 defeat to Mbale last weekend and will be determined to bounce back.
Club 408, currently in mid-table, will aim to capitalise on Nakawa’s struggles and secure three crucial points.
Da Place Pub will witness Tororo Tigers’ quest for their first win of the season as they take on Pot It. Tororo Tigers have had a difficult start, and they will be keen to turn their fortunes around.

In the final clash, Uppervolta will be looking to recover from their 13-07 defeat to Rox Berry when they face the tricky Sinkers Pool Club at Upper Volta Bar.
