Onduparaka Football Club continued their impressive pre-season form with a resounding 6-0 victory over Arua Airfield Football Club on Friday, September 27.
The win was the second for the Caterpillars in their pre-season campaign, and it sets them up nicely for the upcoming BetPawa Big League season.
A first-half brace from Abonga Dominic, who has been in excellent form throughout the pre-season, gave Onduparaka a comfortable lead.
New signings Kiggundu Allan and Bruno Bossa also got on the scoresheet, while Simba Sabir and Andama Junior added to the tally.
The victory was a morale booster for the Caterpillars, who are looking to build on their success from last season.
Coach Ibrahim Faizul will be pleased with his team’s performance and will be confident that they are ready for the challenges that lie ahead.
The Caterpillars will now turn their attention to their opening match of the BetPawa Big League season against Paidha Black Angels on October 6, 2024.
