Kitara Football Club have appointed experienced tactician Wasswa Bbosa as their new head coach.
Bbosa takes over from Brian Ssenyondo, who was relieved of his duties following a disappointing start to the 2024/25 Uganda Premier League season.
Bbosa brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously guided Express to the Uganda Premier League title and the CECAFA Kagame Cup.
He has also had coaching stints at SC Villa, Tooro United, Gaddafi FC, and Mbarara City.
Kitara, currently struggling at the bottom of the league table with just four points from six matches, will be hoping that Bbosa’s expertise can turn their fortunes around.
His first assignment will be a crucial clash against URA on Friday at the Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo.
