KCCA head coach, Abdallah Mubiru, has expressed his determination to secure a win against Maroons in their upcoming league match.
The Kasasiro Boys are currently third in the league standings, while Maroons occupy the twelfth position.
Despite their higher ranking, Mubiru remains cautious, acknowledging Maroons’ potential to cause an upset.
“We expect a tough game against a motivated Maroons side,” he said. “They will be eager to prove a point, but we are equally hungry for a positive result.”
The coach also addressed the team’s recent performance against Mable Heroes, where they missed several scoring opportunities.
“We’re creating chances, but we need to be more clinical in front of goal,” Mubiru admitted. “We’re working hard to improve our finishing abilities.”
The match will also mark the return of Jackson Nunda to his former club. However, Mubiru emphasized that the team’s focus is on the collective effort, rather than individual players.
“The game is bigger than any individual player,” he stated. “We’re preparing to face Maroons as a team.”
