Despite dominating stretches of the game and creating several chances, Boni Consilli Girls struggled to convert their opportunities.

In contrast, KAS capitalized on their chances with clinical precision, ensuring they took home the bronze medal in the inaugural tournament designed to promote women’s football development across Africa.

Elsewhere in the competition, Kenya Elite Junior Academy claimed fifth place with a resounding 4-0 victory over Aigle Noir FC.

The CAF U-17 GIFT Tournament has provided a platform for young African talent to shine, with Boni Consilli Girls among the teams that have demonstrated the depth of emerging talent on the continent.
