The Ghana Premier League faces disruption as the Concerned Referees and Match Commissioners of Ghana (CRAMCOG) have withdrawn their services with immediate effect.
Citing a 21-week delay in allowance payments, CRAMCOG’s April 27th letter to the GFA demands fairness for officials, warning that unpaid referees are susceptible to compromised integrity.
Their statement, “An empty sack cannot stand upright,” underscores their urgent need for financial attention.
The GFA is yet to respond to this crisis threatening the league’s continuation.
