Bayern Munich defender Eric Dier is in advanced talks to join AS Monaco before next season, with his Bayern contract expiring this summer.
The 31-year-old former England and Tottenham star is reportedly close to agreeing an initial three-year deal with the Ligue 1 club, which includes an option for an extra year.
Dier has played 25 times for Bayern this season, who are on the verge of winning the Bundesliga title – what would be the first major trophy of his career.
He initially joined Bayern on loan in January 2024 before making the move permanent. Discussions with Monaco are now at an advanced stage.
