The Panthers began their campaign with a commanding 15–11 win over Blink Kobs and followed it up with a narrow 14–13 victory over Bombo Army Secondary School, securing six points from two matches.

MUBS Lacrosse also made a strong statement in their only fixture of the day, overpowering FCA Warriors 19–11 to take second place on three points.

Despite playing just once, their dominant performance was enough to underline their title credentials.

FCA Warriors had a mixed day, winning their opener 17–9 against Metropolitan International University (MIU) but falling to MUBS later in the morning. They sit in third place with three points from two matches.

Bombo Army SS and MIU each ended the day with one point, having drawn their head-to-head clash 13–13.

Bombo Army’s additional fixture ended in a narrow loss to the Panthers, while MIU fell to the Warriors in their opening game.

Blink Kobs, who featured in just one match, are at the bottom of the table with no points after their loss to the Panthers.

Current Standings After Matchday One

1. Buroni Panthers – 6 pts (2W, 0D, 0L)
2. MUBS Lacrosse – 3 pts (1W, 0D, 0L)
3. FCA Warriors – 3 pts (1W, 0D, 1L)
4. Bombo Army SS – 1 pt (0W, 1D, 1L)
5. Metropolitan IU – 1 pt (0W, 1D, 1L)
6. Blink Kobs – 0 pts (0W, 0D, 1L)
