Mamelodi Sundowns sealed their place in the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League final with a composed 1–0 win over Espérance Sportive de Tunis in Pretoria, completing a 2–0 aggregate triumph.
Brayan León struck in the first half, converting a rebound after his penalty was saved, to extend Sundowns’ advantage.
Espérance hit the crossbar before the break but could not break down the hosts, who defended with discipline and threatened on the counter.
The victory marks Sundowns’ fourth Champions League final appearance and the first time in over three years that Espérance have lost both legs of a knockout tie.
Pretoria’s champions now await the winner of FAR Rabat v RS Berkane as they chase a second continental crown.
