Ferrari boss Frederic Vasseur missed Saturday’s Monaco qualifying after medical checks left him under observation.
The team, winless since October 2024, showed strong pace with Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc finishing one‑two in Friday practice. Ferrari said they expect Vasseur back soon but gave no further details.

His absence comes as Ferrari push back against proposed 2027 engine rule changes, joining Audi in blocking a shift toward greater combustion power.
