Mato’s Impressive Season

The former KCCA star has been pivotal for Brera Strumica this season, contributing two goals and four assists in 16 games.

Beyond his club exploits, Mato has been instrumental in Uganda’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualification campaign.

He featured in all six qualifiers, scoring a crucial goal in a 2-2 draw against South Africa and assisting Aziz Kayondo’s strike in a 2-0 win over Congo Brazzaville.

Looking Ahead

Brera Strumica returns to action on Sunday, December 1, against Rabotnicki as they look to climb higher in the standings.

With Mato in fine form, the team will hope for another stellar performance from the Ugandan forward.
