Crested Cranes forward Juliet Nalukenge has officially parted ways with Mexican Liga MX Femenil side Atlas Femenil, confirming her exit after one season in Guadalajara.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Nalukenge thanked the club, teammates, coaches, and fans for their support: “Thank you, Atlas Femenil FC, for the opportunity, trust, and for opening doors for me. I am grateful for every experience, lesson, and memories made along the way.”
She noted she was ready for a new challenge, while appreciating the lessons and experiences gained in Mexico.
Nalukenge featured 16 times for Atlas during the 2025/26 Clausura campaign, scoring 2 goals as she adapted to the competitive Mexican top flight. One of her standout moments came when she netted a late winner in a 1–0 victory over Querétaro, underlining her ability to deliver in crucial moments.
Her career path has been steadily rising since leaving Uganda’s Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC for Cyprus in 2021, where she spent four years with Apollon Limassol before joining Atlas in 2025.
While her next destination has not yet been announced, Nalukenge is expected to draw interest from clubs across Europe and other competitive women’s leagues, building on her experiences in Cyprus and Mexico.
