25 Cricketers Chosen for U19 Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifiers Camp

In preparation for the upcoming under-19 women’s T20 World Cup qualifiers, 25 young cricketers have been selected to participate in a rigorous 10-day training camp. The camp, scheduled to take place at Jinja SS, aims to fine-tune the skills and readiness of the athletes for the competitive tournament ahead.

Led by Lelia Namaganda, the manager of the Baby Victoria Pearls, the selection process concluded after the Girls Schools Cricket Week. Namaganda emphasized the importance of the camp in preparing the players for the challenges of the qualifiers and highlighted that the final squad of 14 players would be determined after the intensive training period.
