The highly anticipated Uganda Boxing Champions League Season 3, originally scheduled for May 18, 2024, has been rescheduled to May 25, 2024, at the Lugogo MTN Arena. This postponement aims to ensure optimal conditions for the event, promising an unforgettable night of boxing excellence.

Featuring 20 bouts, the event will showcase Uganda’s vibrant boxing talent, with the Junior category hosting six matches highlighting budding stars poised to shine in the future.

Meanwhile, the Youth category will present 14 intense bouts, testing the skill, endurance, and strategy of the young boxers who have undergone rigorous training in preparation for this moment.

The main event will witness a showdown between Broline Kimbugwe of COBAP and Nerick Tumusiime of Kololo High School.

Kimbugwe, known for his lightning-quick footwork and devastating punches, will face Tumusiime, celebrated for his exceptional defensive skills and strategic approach to the sport. Their clash promises to deliver an electrifying finale that will keep spectators on the edge of their seats.

The Boxing Champions League is a significant tournament as the national boxing team is selected from this pool.
