He revealed that some of the schools that have already registered for the Gymnasiade include Kibuli Secondary School, Nabisunsa Girls School, Rubaga Girls, Mbogo College School, and Mbogo High School, among others.

“We gave a chance to the schools that qualified to participate in these games, and I’d like to inform you that so far Kibuli Secondary School have already registered three teams in table tennis, tennis and badminton.” He said

Mugisha also stated that as an association, they’ll cover most of the costs, with the assistance of the government together with the schools, as it is the condition for schools that want to participate The condition for participating is cost-sharing.

“We are committed to supporting our schools by covering the costs of uniforms, feeding, accommodation, and student allowances,” Mugisha said. “The only thing the schools need to provide are the tickets to Bahrain, which are not too expensive.”

The upcoming ISF Gymnasiade Summer Games will be a fantastic opportunity for our young Ugandan talents to showcase their skills and gain valuable international experience.
