NBS Sport Renews Partnership With KOSA League

NBS Sport has renewed its strategic partnership with the Kibuli Senior Secondary School Old Boys Association (KOSA).

This collaboration will focus on enhancing the visibility and support for the KOSA League’s activities for the upcoming season.

Joseph Kigozi, the General Manager of NBS Sport, emphasized the importance of working with various stakeholders in the sports industry.

“Our partnership with KOSA signifies our commitment to championing local sports,” he stated.

“We aim to work with every organization and individual who shares our vision of nurturing sports and instilling its spirit in the next generation.”

KOSA, a renowned alumni association, has a long history of contributing to sports development in Uganda. The school has produced numerous talented athletes while also fostering academic excellence.

Abdallah Mubiru, the current Head Coach of KCCA, Mujib Kasule, the Proline director, and left back Mustafa Kizza, among others, are some of the products of Kibuli Senior Secondary School.

The renewed partnership will see NBS Sport providing comprehensive coverage of KOSA’s events, including news articles, online features, and social media promotions.

This follows a successful engagement last season when NBS Sport broadcasted the KOSA League’s final game.

Hajj Ssekatawa Hassan Hood, the KOSA League President, expressed his excitement about the renewed partnership, highlighting its impact on the league’s growth.

“This partnership is crucial for us as we aim to further promote the KOSA League and engage with the broader sports community in Uganda,” he said.

The upcoming fourth season of the KOSA League will feature a larger number of registered teams, reflecting the league’s growing popularity.

New initiatives such as the KOSA Cup and community-focused activities will also be introduced, aiming to leverage sports as a platform for career development and personal well-being.

The collaboration between NBS Sport and KOSA is expected to be a significant step forward in promoting local sports, bringing together a community united by a shared passion for football and personal development.
