Leading the charge is Mali’s Oummou Koumare, who was crowned both Most Valuable Player and top scorer of the tournament.

Koumare played a pivotal role in Mali’s undefeated run to the championship. The 17-year-old forward averaged a staggering 22.5 points per game, including a game-high 31 points in the title game against Nigeria.

Her dominance earned her additional accolades as the tournament’s leading scorer and best three-point shooter.
Joining Koumare on the All-Star team is her teammate, Mama Sidiki Doumbia.

Doumbia was a force to be reckoned with throughout the competition, averaging 14 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 3 assists per game.

While Uganda fell short of a podium finish, they did find a shining star in Resty Nanangwe.

The young guard emerged as the tournament’s second-leading scorer, averaging an impressive 20 points per game.

Nanangwe’s phenomenal performance, including 8.3 rebounds per game, earned her a well-deserved spot on the All-Star team.

Other notable performers

Nigeria’s Idubamo Beggi showcased her offensive prowess, averaging 18 points and 5 assists per game.

Cameroon’s Damaris Emedie, the tournament’s best rebounder, averaged a double-double with 18.3 points and a remarkable 17.2 rebounds per game.
