Uganda’s successful history of hosting international cricket events has earned it the trust of the International Cricket Council (ICC) once again.
Eng. Fred Lutaaya, Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), expressed the pride of the nation in hosting the event:
“We are thrilled to be hosting the 1st round of the Challenge League as Uganda. This opportunity reflects the ICC’s confidence in the Uganda Cricket Association as a capable host nation. Having previously hosted the same event in 2022 and the finals of the Women’s World Cup Qualifiers last year, we see this tournament as an incredible opportunity for our players to showcase their skills. We invite everyone to join us for what promises to be an unforgettable experience.”
