With an illustrious career spanning top-tier networks such as CNN, Sky Sports, and CBS Sports, Kate Scott has cemented her reputation as one of the foremost voices in sports media.

She speaks four languages—English, French, Spanish, and German—and has hosted numerous prestigious events, including the FIFA Ballon d’Or and the Laureus World Sports Awards.

Currently, Scott is the face of CBS Sports’ UEFA Champions League coverage, sharing the screen with football icons Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher, and Micah Richards. Her insightful hosting style has earned the program widespread acclaim.

Expressing her excitement ahead of the CAF Awards, Scott remarked, “It will be a privilege to be on stage and in the room alongside some of the most influential names in football. African football gives the global game soul. The talent born there is immense, and the culturally diverse way it is lived across nations makes football in Africa one of the heartbeats of the global game.”

The CAF Awards will kick off at 19:00 local time (18:00 GMT/20:00 Cairo time/21:00 East African time), bringing together the continent’s brightest stars to honor their achievements over the past year.
