Their emphatic 63-7 victory over Zimbabwe in their final match last week capped a dominant showing, which also saw them defeat Tunisia and the host nation.

The Lady Cranes’ return marks the end of a landmark outing in which they showcased superior tactical execution and athleticism.

The victory secured Uganda’s return to the continent’s top tier, joining South Africa, Kenya, and Madagascar in the 2025 premier division.
