Declan Rice opened the scoring inside nine minutes, set up by Anthony Gordon, who later converted a penalty on 68 minutes after Eberechi Eze’s shot was handled. Substitute Ollie Watkins sealed the result with a late header.
Jude Bellingham impressed in the number 10 role, creating chances and driving England forward, while John Stones gained valuable minutes in defence. Gordon’s lively display earned him player of the match.
Thomas Tuchel’s side now face a behind‑closed‑doors game against Miami FC before their World Cup opener against Croatia on 17 June.
