Bukono coach Hussein Agaba praised his team’s preparation and fortune, while Budiope’s coach Isa Kifuwa lamented missed opportunities.
On Saturday, Buzaaya edged out Kigulu 1-0, with Owen Mawejje scoring the lone goal. Buzaaya will now make their debut appearance in the semifinals. In another match, Butembe defeated Bunha 3-1, securing their sixth semifinal berth.
