Iraq coach Graham Arnold says he will decide on his future only after the World Cup, with his contract ending once the tournament concludes.
The 62‑year‑old Australian, who led Iraq to their first World Cup in 40 years, insists retirement is not on his mind.
“The book is open… I want to go to the World Cup and enjoy it,” he said.
Arnold, who guided Australia to the last 16 in 2022, believes Iraq can shock bigger teams. “We’ll be the underdog. We’ll be fighters,” he added.
