As the countdown to the highly anticipated ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup (CWC) Challenge League B tournament in Uganda continues, the Cricket Cranes are intensifying their preparations to secure a top finish.
The tournament, scheduled to take place from November 5th to 16th at the Entebbe and Lugogo Cricket Ovals, will see Uganda face off against Tanzania, Bahrain, Italy, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
With the fixtures now finalized, the Cricket Cranes have a clear roadmap to navigate the tournament.
The team has been in South Africa for a training tour which was focussed on adapting to different playing conditions and opponents, as each team will bring its unique style of play.
The tournament offers a path for the Cricket Cranes to take part in the ODI World Cup. Uganda has already participated in the T20 World Cup.
